These terms are an agreement between you and AUTO CLIP LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AutoClip", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the AutoClip service at autoclip.cloud.
By creating an account or using AutoClip, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
AutoClip is a content production tool for podcast and video creators. You upload long-form video, and AutoClip helps you produce short clips and podcast episodes from it and publish them to channels and podcast hosts that you control.
AutoClip publishes only where you have connected an account and only what you have approved or configured. We are a tool you operate, not a publisher of your content.
AutoClip is sold as a monthly subscription. Current plans and prices are on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't receive or store your card number.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date at the then-current price for your plan.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel:
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. If we change prices, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect on your account, and you can cancel before it applies.
Prices do not include taxes. Where we are required to collect tax, it will be added.
You own your content. Video, audio, images, text and anything else you upload or create with AutoClip remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transcode, transcribe, analyse and transmit your content, solely to operate the service for you — to produce the clips and episodes you asked for and publish them where you directed. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except to the extent we must retain it briefly to complete an operation already in progress.
You are responsible for your content. By uploading it, you represent that:
We do not review your content before it is published. If a claim is made against content you published through AutoClip, resolving it is your responsibility.
Don't use AutoClip to:
AutoClip connects to services you choose and depends on services we use to operate. These include YouTube, podcast hosts such as Transistor, Buzzsprout and Spreaker, Stripe for payments, Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure, and third-party AI providers for transcription and segment detection.
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their decisions, or changes they make. If a platform suspends your account, changes its API, or removes your content, that is between you and them.
AutoClip uses YouTube API Services. By using AutoClip, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy, which describes how Google handles data.
You can review and revoke AutoClip's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what Google and YouTube data we access and why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to delete it. It forms part of these terms.
We aim to keep AutoClip available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and outages can happen at providers we depend on.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on in a way that materially reduces what you're paying for, you can cancel — and, as above, you keep access through the period you've paid for.
You can stop using AutoClip and cancel at any time, and can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@autoclip.cloud.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice depending on the circumstances, if:
If we terminate your account for breach, we are not obliged to refund amounts already paid. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will refund any period you have paid for but cannot use.
After termination, content already published to your YouTube channel or podcast host remains there — those platforms are yours and you control it. Content stored in AutoClip is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
AutoClip is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that transcription, segment detection, generated titles, descriptions or thumbnails will be accurate or suitable. These features are automated and imperfect. Review the output before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
To the fullest extent the law allows, AUTO CLIP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of AutoClip.
Our total liability for any claim relating to AutoClip is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AUTO CLIP LLC and its members from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from content you upload or publish through AutoClip, or from your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use AutoClip after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
